Vidya Kids is a fun, educational programme teaching the whole child about their True Self. It provides them with a toolbox of spiritual practices for their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being.
The programme is fun, structured, calming, sociable, physically healthy and draws out positive qualities. It helps to feel calmer, be social and is a great way to exercise.

The programme includes – Yoga Asana, singing/mantras, meditations, relaxation exercises, art and crafts, guided visualizations, moral based stories, and breathwork.
This approach is best suited to children 0 – 16 years of age. It can be taught to classes, schools, groups, as a course or 1-2-1.
