    This was perhaps one of the most beneficial things I have ever done. I have been meditating for years or I thought I had! I now realise following this course how there is a true science to meditation and it needs to be approached in a very individual way. It cannot be a one size fits all approach. The meditation training took me through a very specific process to find the perfect way to meditate for me. Now, rather than thrashing about with my mind each day and not really knowing what I was doing, I now approach my meditation knowing that I am doing something very valuable and I can feel the benefits each day. Since finding out how I as an individual can get the best out of my meditation, I feel there is a greater sense of freedom within me. My days are framed by this amazing practise. And most importantly, I can feel that this new method that I engage in each day, is taking me closer to my Self. Thank You Ramana, this has been a game changer for me. Your meditation course needs to be on prescription! Truly the best medicine.
