Ramana devi meditation training was developed to help you to master your mind. it consists of five primary lessons and is based on the yoga sutras interpretation by Ramana Devi herself, which she wrote during one of her many trips to india. The training course is delivered by Ramana Devi, and covers every aspect of the knowledge and wisdom passed down by sage patanjali thousands of years ago.

The training elaborates on thoughts, our mind, the many obstacles we face, the true essence of yoga, engrossment and one pointed focus, and the importance of finding our own path.

Ramana devi teaches meditation in her own unique modern style, but without losing the traditional basis of this ancient wisdom. Empathising the importance of cultivating ones own relationship with meditation, and not attempting to meditate like the crowd. Putting oneself and ones own ideas and beliefs into the practice of meditation.

    I have always aspired to do more meditation, and this course has facilitated that. I loved learning the theory side of it, about our minds, and being able to feel comfy in my own meditation practise. It was reassuring, and allowed me to break down some resistance I have had to meditation.

Since doing the course with Ramana my mediation practice has come on a great deal – I’m much more confident and have a better understanding of what is actually going on inside my head It’s amazing when you recognise the content of the course is going on inside of you.
