This is an hour long session on Zoom with a Ramana Devi facilitator. You will begin with a relaxation exercise using Visualisations and Breathing techniques, followed by a Guided Meditation to connect with your Higher Self. Your facilitator will spend time with you exploring, deepening and building your Self awareness. During this time you will have the opportunity to share your feelings, insights and awarenesses. This invaluable support provides you with a safe space to make life choices, decisions and goals with the help of your Higher Self.

    I have always aspired to do more meditation, and this course has facilitated that. I loved learning the theory side of it, about our minds, and being able to feel comfy in my own meditation practise. It was reassuring, and allowed me to break down some resistance I have had to meditation.

    Being guided by Ramana in the 7 steps visualisation is profound.
    The visualisation itself is so perfectly constructed by Ramana to truly connect with your self.
    Ramana gently guided you which has a huge impact on the experience, as it allows you to connect even deeper with your truth and higher self.
    You feel completely held and supported throughout it.
    What is amazing is it really empowers you to see that when you can connect to your higher self you can see the higher picture in your life or in a certain topic and the answers come effortlessly, which for me gives me great faith in myself.
    It is a truly beautiful experience

    The 7 steps really helped me connect to my true self. It was relaxing and enjoyable to do. It’s very practical to use in every day life and the feeling it’s leaves me with helps me in my lofe
